As aphasechangematerial,Wood’salloyisinfiltratedintothecompressedexpandednaturalgraphite (CENG) inanattempttoimprovethethermalconductivityofthealloy.Thethermalconductivityof
the CENG/Wood’salloycompositedependsonthebulkdensityoftheCENG.Thermalconductivity of thecompositescanbe2.8–5.8timesthanthatoftheWood’salloy.Ontheotherhand,thelatentheat of thecompositesrangesfrom29.27to34.20J/g.Thegraphitedoesnotundergoaphasechange,sothe latent heatwouldbeexpectedtobelinearwiththeamountofWood’salloy.Thecompositeshavea
potentialuseintheheatsinkoftheelectronicdevice. |
